As a doula I provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support before, during and shortly after childbirth. I accompany you to your chosen birth place, a hospital, a birthing centre or at home together with a midwife.<\/p>\n
I am present for a natural birth, a (planned) ceaserean but also in case of an abortion, miscarriage or still birth. I work in canton Zug as well as all the neighbouring cantons in German, English and French (I also understand Spanish, but I am not as fluent vocally).<\/p>\n
I also offer individual and group birth preparation classes in English and German and support you with the help of hypnosis and other relaxation methods to prepare for your birth or reflect on a previous one. I look forward to sharing your birth journey with you.<\/p>\n
